EURES Agenzia Piemonte Lavoro is looking for a chef for Sweden’s largest ski resort outside the mountain regions. 

Your responsibilities will include:  

Preparing and serving food.  

Planning tasks for the coming days, ensuring the station is well-prepared and clean, and assist with ordering supplies by monitoring stock levels.  

Being ready to help out in other departments when needed and delegate simpler tasks, such as to kitchen assistants.  

REQUIREMENTS 

Industry experience, including education or professional experience in commercial kitchens or restaurants 

Strong understanding of food hygiene and HACCP, as well as knowledge of allergies and special diets 

SKILLS 

Being organized, responsible, and detail oriented 

Teamwork, flexibility, efficiency and cooperation are essential. 

Language: Swedish and English 

WORK CONDITIONS: 

Type of contract: seasonal (December-April), full-time and part-time 

Salary: Minimum wage without professional experience: SEK 24,339 / month (140.69 SEK/hour). Minimum wage with 6 years of professional experience: SEK 26,139 / month (151.09 SEK/hour). 

Accommodation: the resort offers housing to all international employees on a walking distance from the Ski Resort.  

PLACE OF WORK: Borlänge, Sweden.
