Are you a person who genuinely is interested in people, have great people’s skills and are adaptable in an ever-changing workday? Do you enjoy a sales role and see yourself as a good communicator? If you in addition are interested in the travelling industry and unique nature-based experiences this could be the job for you!

 Work period: Mid April - end September

The work periods will vary and will be discussed individually. Some positions will start in May, and some in June.

Workplace: Visitor Center Flåm

Work tasks and responsibilities will include:

Providing personal customer service
Tourism Information
Being a great team-mate
Sales (Over the counter, by phone and e-mail)
Guest inquiries
In depth knowledge of all Norway’s best products
We are looking for someone who:

Is professional and personal in meetings with customers, colleagues, and partners. 
Has strong problem-solving skills to determine the best possible solutions for our customers
Has the ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with complaints or challenging situations
Requirements for the position  

Permission to work within the EU 
English Proficiency. Good command in a Scandinavian language will be an advantage
Computer proficiency
