What is your role going to look like?

Together with 4 team members you will be supporting Italian market

Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams

Big part of your day will be order management – receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.

You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients

You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone
