
What You’ll Be Doing: Resolving basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via calls and emails; Going through the database of customers to see if they are interested in client's services and directing them to the client's sales department; Becoming a product expert and providing documentation updates to our knowledge base; Ensuring customers' satisfaction; Communicating with developers from various IT-companies. Requirements Fluent Italian and English (B2–C1); Analytical & Research Skills; Customer oriented and responsible attitude.
