Job Description The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality offerings, and efficient operations. This includes managing staff, budgets, menus, and compliance with health and safety standards while achieving financial objectives. Operational Management: Plan, organize, and manage daily food and beverage operations. Ensure all service standards and quality expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to optimize menu planning and food preparation. Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses to implement strategies for improvement. Maintain inventory levels and reduce wastage. Team Leader
