MorzineEats, a delivery-only kitchen nestled in the heart of Morzine, is on the hunt for a talented Pizzaiolo to become a part of our team during the winter season of 2024/2025. Our pizza dough is crafted in-house and boasts the expertise imparted by a world champion Pizzaiolo from Italy, who trained our team in 2017. We take pride in using a long-fermentation sourdough recipe. The responsibilities are as follows: 1. Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations, notably the rigorous HACCP standards. 2. Daily preparations, such as vegetable cutting and ingredient cooking. 3. Proficiency in hand-stretching pizza dough at an efficient pace. 4. Topping and baking pizzas. 5. Experience with a wood fired oven a plus. Ski/Snowboard rental for the winter season included possibility of accommodation Salary depending on experience.
